Prepare Your Package
Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and securely seal the parcel to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-10 business days.
